Casual with very friendly staff/owner. Burgers very good with great buns! I had the salmon and it was baked to perfection! The fries were perfect— crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!

Absolutely excellent atmosphere and “above & beyond” service. Zach was amazing! Will be back! 😀🍻

The wait for the pizza was kind of long, but worth it for sure. Eating this after hiking to quarry rock was a very nice treat.

We came with a friend from the US who had dared asking for a cheese pizza with additional cheese after a tough day, an option that was clearly on the menu. Upon taking the order, the server simply answered “have fun getting fat”! The pizza itself was okay, but we got absolutely awkward service all along...

Good food and friendly service

Great pizza! I was skeptical at first but after trying the deluxe pizza and the honey beer, I have to say that this is a great restaurant. They have open seating and you can enjoy the view and weather offered by Deep Cove. The staff is very friendly and accommodating of all requests. Seating could be slightly better though. Apart from that, amazing experience.

Amazing staff amazing pizza.

Bunch of friends and I went boating last weekend for my stag and we went here after for food. The food was good but the service was better. 9 of us spent a couple of hours here, eating, drinking and having a real good time. Thanks to the waiter (owners son from what I recall) for putting up with us and even joining in on the fun. I definitely recommend this place!

We came here for burgers and I have to say the burger was very good although it was overpriced. Lettuce wrapped is not an option since the lettuce is already diced up. I also asked to substitute the fries for a small side salad. What they gave me was just lettuce with dressing. I had to ask the bartender to have the kitchen add something other than lettuce to the salad. They returned it to me with a few small slivers of tomato and onion. That's the reason why I'm only giving this place 3 stars. Had the kitchen made more of an effort with a decent salad I would have given them a higher review.

Excelllent homemade charbroiled burger and homemade pizza. Went for a hike and was feeling hungry with my partner. We saw the funny sign outside and thought why not? We were impressed by the cozy atmosphere and welcoming service. Also got a chance to catch up on the game on TV. They have really good beer on tap that also hit the spot. Will be back again.

Great pizzas, loved it.

An amazing place! Everyone friendly and helpful the whole time. The burgers had that kind of homemade taste to them that made them really good! If you're in Deep Cove and feeling like burgers or pizza I'd definitely recommend checking this place out.

Service was slow. Took a very long time for our food to come out and when it finally did, it came out one dish at a time and our order was incorrect. We were at the restaurant around 4pm so it was not busy. I found the food to be over priced for the quality. The location is great but I would not recommend this place.

This place has SO much character! (If you’re looking for an uptight, professional place to eat this probably isn’t the place for you.) My boyfriend ordered the double burger, and was asked to flex his muscles to prove he could actually eat it. 😂 (And yes, he finished it, but I almost had to roll him home!) Yes the prices are above average, but the burger I had was SO worth it, and I love supporting family businesses. We’ll definitely be back!

Friendly people and good beer

The atmosphere was a little confusing, as if it wasn't quite sure what it wanted to be. The service was fine, the food came in a reasonable time, although my food came out well before my wife got hers. I ordered the spicy burger, my wife pizza. The burger was good enough, fresh tasting, with no hint of anything actually wrong with it, but it would be a stretch to call it spicy. I also felt that for the price, the portion size was too small, although we had been hiking most of the day, and I do eat a lot. The pizza was better, very tasty, and much better value. All in all, I'd say good food, but not the best value for money.

That was a $10 burger not a $20 burger!

Good place, nice pizza

The place to go for an Amazing burger in Deep Cove! The burger was homemade and topped with a special sauce and the perfect bun! The owners/cooks are a husband and wife and they were so friendly and delightful! The service might be a tad slow for some but we thought it was perfect! Who wants to be in a rush in such a beautiful peaceful place like Deep Cove. I would highly recommend.

Great pizza. Servers are friendly and management attentive, caring, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

My family asked if they could serve us 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 cheese. They said no.We asked if they could not put pepperoni on 1/2 of the pizza. They said no.We left.

Great tasting homemade pizza! The owner even made my pizza by special order which made my experience extra special. I loved the home style feel of the restaurant and how you could taste the quality and freshness of their pizza. Highly recommend this place!

The best hamburger in Vancouver!

Terrible food, horrible service, bugs in the place 🤢 and the manager was so rude! And the food was way over priced, 18$ for a nasty burger. Ruined my whole trip to the deep cove.

This place has zero gluten free options, we were advised to go elsewhere by the rather rude manager. The young chap at the bar was respectful and courteous. Nice decor.

So this is an old fashioned place with a pace of its own. Menu has burgers, pizza and beer. Service with a smile is on the same track- Take it or leave it. Prices are rather high. Food was good beer was served cold!

Pretty good food, really expensive for what you get, considering it's only basic burgers and pizza's....

Disappointed, two of three orders wrong. Quite overpriced and somewhat absent service. Food was good once we got the right order.

oh heck! I don't know where to start from. first of all, the owners and chefs made great personal relationships with us! secondly omg the burger!!!!!!! even though it's pricey it was so worth it. these burgers they make is so unique. and also the pizza! we ordered 8 pizzas I think. and boy, it was so tasty! I have decided everytime I go to deep cove I'm going back to this place.

The drink are just fine, but the food are Amazing. We ordered a pizza and some fries, we would love to come back again.

Avoid this place at any cost. Very rude and aggressive personnel. The old man practically insulted us and let my company out of the place just because we had a toddler!!! He also refused to answer my diet-specific question about his food’s ingredients - which is not only garbage personality but also actually illegal. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour.

I paid around 60 dollars by cash And then my mom and younger sister were trying to use their restroom later (around 3-5 minutes later). But one of the staff blocked them. So the staff made my family couldn't use the restroom. I was so embarrassed when I heard that, so I went there again with my mom and sister for the restroom and tried to explain to him that me and my mom were customers. However, he didn't pay attention to what I supposed to say. He also ignored me by just saying ”Okay, Okay”. Their service is so awful and worst. I regret that I paid tips.

Their pizza is good for sharing with 2 person, and their burger has very delicious petty and bun. It was awesome!

Pomegranate is one of my favourite spots. The pizza rules, the beer selection is sweet, and the staff are A+.

Best pizza I have ever had. The dough is amazing!

Chicken pesto pizza was bland and extremely dry. No flavor, dry pizza, tasted like I was just eating plain white bread. Had to soak each slice in hot sauce to make it worth eating. Tried a different slice from a friend, the pepperoni combo, was also not good, again lacking flavor. Very disappointing, try a different place instead.
